Canuck Cabaret started as a five-year residency with Horse Trade Theatre in New York City as part of the Frigid Theatre Festival. Hutcheson hosted/produced over sixty late-night cabaret shows at Under St Marks theatre. Since its inception, the cabaret has been produced in Ottawa, Hamilton, Regina, London, Puerto Vallarta, and Toronto.
